I have a d6 SN 9U21218. The left steering clutch is not disengaging. It feels good and you can see the clutch moving in and out but it will not turn. The brake will stop the crawler. What is the best way to dissassemble and get at the clutch disc. Any other advice?

I have adjusted the brakes and the linkage on the steering clutches to no avail. The steering clutch in question is not as smooth as the other but does move in and out

Take off fuel tank and clutch cover. There is a ring of bolts in the drum and a ring in the inner stubshaft flange. Likely release bearing has come apart.
