Like said earlier. You only need two measurements. The outside diameter, and the thread count (pitch). Mark off one inch on the bolt. Count the number of threads in that 1 inch distance. Now use a micrometer (a older style is $10) and take the outside diameter measurement. Now armed with those two vital specs you WILL find a nut that fits I assure you. Just make SURE its a high grade nut like grade 8 if its for a wheel or spindle (Im guessing by photo heh).

Measure the OD of the thread, and figure out how many threads per inch. Then call D&W Fasteners in Barberton, Ohio. They have always been able to locate what I need.

Take the nut off the other side and go to a machine shop and have them make you a couple of nuts.

My parts book shows two nuts p/n 1029537m1
with a lock between them p/n 1029529m1. MinnPar
in Mpls, Mn. has had them in the past. Call them
at 612-379-0606. We used to find parts for the
axle set ups on Washington Ave in Mpls but that
stuff is now gone. They were the same unit as
some older army trucks. Good luck, Chuck
