9k3 drott, depends a lot on condition, and which engine it has. $2,000 - $5,000.

early ones were 4 cyl gas start Diesel, 335 ci then 350 ci, later ones were inline 6 direct start diesel.

one very important consideration on these is transport costs, you're looking a around 18,000#, not cheap if you need to pay someone to move it for you.

Some parts are hard to come by, but most can be found and at about 1/10th the price JD parts.

Case IH dealers can get you most of the non crawler spacific parts, but never tell them you want parts for your crawler, as they dont deal with crawlers, you tell them its for your W9 tractor.

best place for info is "redpowermagazine.com", "forums", "construction equipment". The guys there are the experts on them.

Had one a few years back..

The 335 and the 350 were 4 cyl gas start Diesels, the 6 cyl was a 282 direct start Diesel. IF it's the 6 cyl its a 282. Thats the most desirable motor. Was the better of them. The 4 cyl motors had problems with head cracking and warped valves if not warmed up/cooled down properly durring startup/shutdown.
