Allis G7 series B trans fluid question

I recentlly bought a allis chalmers G7 series B crawler that had been sitting outside for about 10 months, because of a broken hose on the bucket.
I had it hauled home and fixed the hoses, and they work great. Now my question, When I drove it around the foot pedels didn't have pressure like I thouht they should, and the trans seemed a little week. When I checked the trans dip stick it was well, well above the mark, almost like it got some water in there. I have the trans draining right now , and plan on getting a new filter/element in the morning. What kind of trans fluid is it? Is it some kind of hydraulic fluid? It is a hydro trans.
I am also trying to locate a manual.
The local dealer has no clue where to get allis industrial manuals.
And since I got you looking, I took out the three plugs under the drivers seat, and the two plugs plugs on each side down by the tracks, are there any others? When I fill the trans, will that also fill the planetaries/the part with the plugs on each side by the tracks?
Thank you for looking, and sorry for the trouble. I just want to do this right.
Adam
