Anybody know about these? Are they okay? $800 seems pretty cheap for a pair, but what do I know? If Im going to get new sprockets, Id like new chains too. http://www.machinerytrader.com/listings/attachments/list.asp?catid=362&etid=10&pg=3

Here's one for you guys.I just got an OEM quote for track gear on my little Furukawa Crawler loader: Sprockets..$2100 each,Idlers...$4000 each,Rollers...$1200 each,Carrier rollers.$1400 each.
If the OEMs wonder why people go to China/Mexico to source parts....THAT's WHY!
Mr Furukawa, when your phone doesn't ring,it will be me,not calling you!

Price out some tracks at a dealer and specialty undercarriage suppliers. Dealers usually have a better and a lower grade of tracks. Berco makes a very good track but check the price. The Sorefa will probably be fine in all but the most demanding applications. Keeping proper track tension and alignment as well as cleaning out the tracks will go a long way to prolong life. Not driving fast, especially in reverse, will greatly extend life as well. Most tracks come with a warranty. Dave
