I have a Cat D4E SA Serial 29X711 Can any one tell Me if I can put a Pto Drive on this tractor.

Yes, it can accommodate a pto. It has the splined output shaft (behind cover plate) to accept a coupling. The output shaft does have a gear reduction of 1.73 (22 tooth in/38 tooth out).
Not quite sure which Cat pto attachment would fit the mounting bolt pattern but suspect something from the 40A & D4D up would work. A pto is kinda rare on that late a model.

The PTO it has is to drive a winch or cable control. Comes through the top shaft of the trans and runs at engine speed.
