I had one but with a diesel engine. It was a decent old machine too. About a 70 model.
On the steering axel the kingpins had come through the bushings so the frame actuall sat on the axel.... but I still got a lot of work out of it. When I would raise the front of the machine on the bucket the axel would drop down about 2 inches but stay on the kingpins. Always worried me a little.
The swing cylinders leaked like a sieve when swing from side to side. The whole rear end had basically broken the welds underneat and I had to reweld it all on the machine
There was a crack in the transmission/rear axel housing which I just calked up with silicone calulking. I did a lot of work with the machine and when I got through with it I sold it for a Thounsnd dollars more thant I paid.....I did do all the rewelding after all!!
