Ok, I got my bolt bars done. Measured my collection of rollers, I got some double flange ones at 8.00 O.D. that are welded up good, Then I got them wore down to 7.250. but I have about 20 rollers.. I was going to put the single flange, wide middle one, next to the sprocket and anoughter single flange in the front. How should I put the rollers according to diameter? Big one in the middle on each side closes to the sprocket? Thanks

Put the 7.25 in rollers in the scrap bin or weld them up. Minimum good reusable is 7.50 in. If you have to use worn out ones go with the pattern you describe.

Thanks, My hard bar has been cut, alot, they have built the inside of the roller frames to make up for the shortend bar, what will this hurt, and is 500 dollars for a used bar, good. Thanks again I 've got my work cut out for me now I 've got to go weld it up ..

Running a shortened hard bar and making up the difference at the track frames will put a torque on the frames that is transmitted to the dead axle. Not a good idea. Depends on how much leverage is involved. $500 for a used hard bar seems high to me but they aren't all that common. Most have a spring. Does the hard bar have a Cat part number?
