On my Roosemaster DB fuel pump I removed the timing window window cover to see if pump is moving. Are both the wheels inside this window supposed to move when engine is turned over? Only the one toward front of my 580CK tractor is moving. What does this mean? Thanks, Jim

The one rotates whenever the engine is rotating. The other doesn't rotate, but it moves as the timing advances. Total movement around 5 - 6 pump degrees which equals 10-12 engine/flywheel degrees.

Only one moves ..The other is a stationary with a timing mark..The one that moves also has a timing mark..You gotta line 'em up when doing any pump removals...

And as I found out, it's easy to line them up perfectly ----> 180 degrees out of phase!!
