I'm looking for a good used idler roller for my fiatallis 11b. Mine is worn on the left side of the rib and the bearings are worn.

Any suggestions?

Are we talking about the Idler, the Big Wheel at the very front? If so I would weld up the hull, and replace the bearings and O rings on the seals.
You can build it up on a rainy day. a suggestion, blow a hole in the side of the Idler to relieve pressure from internal heat build up. Be sure to weld it shut when you are finished

Any more suggestions on how to weld it up? Looks to be only the right side of the rib worn due to previous owner's misalignment. Can it be welded on the machine? Also, how worn is too worn to run?

Yes you can do it on the tractor. I get the track out of the way, either jack up the front or run it out past the end of the track weld a lug on the the idler, get a comfortable seat, and a tube of 7018 rods, blow a hole in the side of the idler, everyone has their own technique. I I hold the rod in the center of the idler and turn it with my other hand, when it reach bottom roll it back make as many passes wide as the Center is worn off
continue thsi until you get that half of the idler built up, then knowck the lug off and move it 180° do the other half, then weld up the blow hole, it will smoth its self, there is no need to grind.

Thanks for the help Bob. I appreciate it.

I've never drove out a track pin before. Is there any certain place it needs to be to make driving it out easier? I've already got the track loose.
