You might be able to find a D5H or even a D6H for that price. A 750 or 850 JD or even a bigger Case. Komatsu are good as well. There's a lot of choices for $60,000 but with a 6 way blade narrows it somewhat. I don't think D6D's or D7G,s could be ordered with a 6 way blade. A D7G might be a little heavier. See what kind of dealer support is around. For a new machine the county I'm in tried a Cat D6N, a JD and a Komatsu of comparable size side by side. The comments they told me were that the JD was nice but when the blade was full you couldn't do anything with it. For overall pushing power they said the Komatsu was most impressive as it would boil the blade and keep going at a pretty good clip. The Cat didn't push as much as the Komatsu but was very nice to operate, especially with the differential steering. It's almost like a steering wheel on the left armrest. Cat offers rebuilt components at considerable savings to buying new. All things being equal all the operators that worked on my road really liked the Komatsu because it pushed the most. They bought the Cat because of cheaper major repairs and also because Cat offers special pricing for counties and municipalities. The public works foreman said they saved about $100,000! If everything was equal I think they would have bought the Komatsu. Hope this helps. Dave
