410 JD backhoe won't pull

My dad has a 410 backhoe that has given him numerous problems. He has replaced the clutch discs and the reverser.In the beginning , the back hoe was slow when you shifted from forward to reverse and now it won't pull at all.It did pull for awhile but now has stopped.

Best advice, get a manual. Put a gauge in the bottom rear of the valve on the right side of the transmission. I think it should show about 135 psi, in f-n-r. Check clutch linkage,for adjustment, look for looseness in linkage, missing or partially sheared pin, as pedal also controls pressure.
