case 310 dozer transmission questions

Main shaft is loose moves up and down and side to side,shaft isn't broke.There is a piece behind gears that is broke don't know if bearing or part of casing.Any information.

Hard to know what shaft you mean,go to the link below where there is a Case online parts look up,when the first page opens click on "Click here to begin your search",another page opens, type in 310 in the search box and click search,a list of 310s appears,pick your one and then figure listing,pick the section you want,when you find the parts ie final drive click on it and a drawing appears in the right panel,there are five icons at the top,click on the right one for a full screen view.
