case backhoe replace tubes

my 480c im replacing all the hoses how and where can you get the tubes to replace them.looks like furrels.fittings on tubing are rusted bad.

You have to use seamless hydraulic tubing. A good hydraulic shop could get it and flare it for you. Some OEM steel lines have fittings silver soldered on. Usually you have to go to the manufacturer to get these. Rust on the outside doesn't matter. Rust where they seal does. Dave

WHERE THE HOSES ATTACH I HAVE TO HEAT THE FITTING TO GET THEM LOOSE.I HAVE A HOSE MACHINE SO EVEN IF I COULD GET A PLACE TO SHORTEN THE TUBE AND PUT NEW FITTINGS I COULD LENGHTEN THE HOSE.

Yes, you can cut the tube shorter and re flare it. I had to do this on my Cat when a steel line rubbed through. I cut off both ends of the tube and re flared them with a hose in the middle. In order to replace the entire steel line, I would have had to almost completely disassemble the whole back of the machine including removing the hydraulic tank. No thanks. Dave
