Remove both drain plugs at the front side bottom of the resevoir. They are both magnetic or should be so clean them as well. Also, some of them came with a filter/screen inside of the tank. Mine did and it was just about plugged. To get to it you have to remove the big suction hose going to the pump located at the back side bottom of the tank. There should be a union there to seperate then remove the eight or so bolts that hold the plate to the tank and pull the plate of with the hose fitting, the filter/screen should be attached to it on the inside. Disassemble the filter, clean it in a solvent tank thoroughly then reinstall.

Well you can pump it out. I would also get a book (manual) from the museum in Charles City. Also pick up an isuue of the HPOCA collector magazine at TSC. It has a feature article on the OC 46 models. Remember there are 3 distinct versions of this. More questions? J.
