I'm new to this stuff and was wondering if someone could explain the basic differences between the cat 22 and cat 28? Also, what is a cat 15?

I'm interested in restoring a 22 (which is currently running) but I'm wodering what is available in the way of parts? Is it going to be a nightmare trying to get stuff?

Thanks, Jeff

Jeff, anything you ever need to know can be found by asking at the Antique Caterpillar board. These guys have all the answers! As for parts, many are still available from Cat; most that aren't are available as reproductions or used. Cat 22 was a popular model.
