If you have a backhoe or some other way of lifting the blade it's not a problem. Just remove the castle nut from the top and drive the pin out. This can be a little more difficult than it sounds, but it will come out. You will have to take the pin out of one end of your tilt cyl. Pick blade up with lifting device and remove. The blade and the c-frame will have a bushing top and bottom. I usually cut these out with a torch, careful not to gouge outside the bushing, or weld a bead inside the bushing. Drive out with hammer. Put new bushngs in freezer to shrink. This sounds silly, but it does work. Look at pin and determine how much wear is on it. You have three options. 1. replace pin with new, expensive! 2. Take to machine shop and have built up, semi-expensive! 3. build up with welder and grind to fit bushing, not perfect, but cheap. Drive new bushings in with sledge hammer or pull in with a puller. Put blade on, insert pin, nut, and cotter pin. Walaa your finished.
