The first thing I would do is pull the oil drain plug. If water comes out you have major rust in the cylinders. Stan

Try putting PB Blaster/or Brake Fluid in the cylinders. Let them soak for a while. If it does not come loose still, you may need to take the motor apart and get it free'd up.

Thank you for the support, I will try with the 50-50 ATF and diesel, I`ll let you know after a week if it works

Can you gain access to the cylinders by removing a glow plug or injector? If so, add 2-3 oz of 50-50 atf and diesel. Do that every day for a week. With the injectors out, try and turn it over after a week. Try again a week later. Also, change the oil. It may have a crank full of water. I pulled the drain on an old tractor and got 5 gal of water before any oil. That one had issues...

If it won't break free after 2 or 3 weeks, then you probably have to take it apart. If water got in the cylinder, then there may be a layer of mud in there and rust like you can't imagine.

Steve is right.with a little bit of luck you will get by with replacingthe valves , valve guites and seats in the head. You are probably going to have to replace at least 2 of the pistons & liners.I would go ahead and do all 4 at the same time.

Yes, the dozer was sit outside with the exhaust uncovered, I mean it had only the exhaust manifold,

I have tried to move the wheel of the clutch and the belt of the fan, but it is too hard.

What can I do?

tear it down and do it right, never try to force a stuck motor with a head on it, it may have frozen valves and you'll bend pushrods
