This tractor has been shedded and the body and tracks are in very good shape. Motor is in parts but all are there including new rod and rings. A cultivator made for the tractor is included. Restored Value? A deal at $2000? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

Steve

Convention is level with the bottom of the threads in the fill plug if it is on the side of case.

For top loaded oil, it has to reach the lowest gear in the drive train at least midway and sling lubrication will operate.

Very few tranny operate with oil more than 1/2 way up an output or input shaft.

A close look at function and some common sense will address most lubrication needs.

Now . . . where do I find out what model my first Cletrack was, I sold it running in all gears and steering with a round wheel for $250 in 1969. Found it nosed into a small well on a farm and bought it for $25.
