Hello, I have a broken left rear axle on my 3414 IH industrial backhoe. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement, used or new? Also a manual for the drive train. Thanks very much.

Where are you at and what are you willing to give me for one I have a scrap 3414 sitting here the reverser went out and the engine is gone . let me know . l8tr mike

Matt, I think the 3414 is the Industrial version of the B414 AG tractor. Possibly try searching for an axle from the AG version as there may be more of them around. Not 100% sure the axles are compatable between the 2 models, but the part # for the axle from the B414 is #3043 997 R12, can't come up with the # for the 3414 to compare though.
