Any opinion on the stablizer bar limit, were the stablizer connects to the roller frame. I have robbed a heavy limit, that looks like it came on a screw type track adj. were the rod went though it to the ldler wheel.
It measures good and looks good on there, it'll have an 1/8th or better on eather side of the equalizer bar and siting level have 2inchs of clearance top of the bar to the frame
This limit bracket should it bolt on or would it be Ok to weld it permanately, so I wouldn't have so much %$@ problems taking my roller frame apart.
to summarise progress, took back apart, The dowel pins in the out side trunnyon were differnt sizes 1.125 to 1.1/16 in the roller frame. The bolts were off, it had been repaired before,an the new trunnyons were easy to fit to the roller frame saddel and fixed alot of problems Thanks for everyones helpp

I'm having trouble reading your description...
The D6B does not have a stabilizer bar...it does have either an equalizer spring or bar. If you are talking about the rebound stop mounted to the track frame the bracket should be welded and either a pin or bolt through a sleeve acts as the retainer and should be removable for disassembly. Frame clearance should match original.

Turns out those track frames were a waste of time. Would have been much better off getting good used set..... aahh...hind sight!!!
