Hello,
My loader drops much too fast. One of the lift cylinders had a elbow at the bottom that had a rubber rod glued inside the fitting (rubber rod looked damaged like it was overheated with a torch etc.). I drilled it out so I could use it like a standard fitting. The other side already had a standard fitting. I have the Case parts & owners manuals. It doesn"t mention this anywhere. Operators manual states: Never drop a loaded bucket too fast and stop it. The control is so sensitive, its hard not to do it. Suggestions?

My 530CK uses an orifice plate that is seated under the valve to hose adapter for the line going to the boom cylinder. Seems you could go that route with a little experimenting on orifice size.

Old Magnet & all
Not to get too lengthy. I"m wondering if anybody has seen a fitting (with rubber inside, rubber round stock laced through the fitting) like this? Also I think it was designed to hold the bucket up if a hose blew? Thanks, Dennis....

No, never have seen a hydraulic orifice or flow restrictor made out of rubber. Seems like somebody's make do to me.
