On the website ibdozing.com in the picture section is a picture of one that a fellow built. It may not be heavy enough for a D6, but it would be simple to build.

I've used this type on D8K's after clearing before sending in the 627 scrapers, stout design built by Fleco, attaches to the c-frame, depends on the soil conditions, you could probably fabricate one that hinges off the top of the dozer blade, as building one of these would be a project, this one was for a D6, saw it on ebay last year, thinking it was the same gauge, 74" as a D7, was thinking it would go right onto my 7A blade C-frame, but never confirmed that it would work even though the center of track to center of track dimension was the same for both tractors, would be perfect for reclaiming some ground after clearing around here.
