Hi, this is how I got my track frame to move. I drilled a hole in the housing and soaked for days while heating with torch and a big hammer. If you notice on a lot of 2010 dozers, they cut the back of the track frame to get the finals off then weld them back on.PL

I wonder what it is about bucket loaders...
I bought one for parts for my bulldozer and had the same problem getting the track frame to slide over so I could remove the final. It's been 8 years, but as I recall, it took a lot of heat on the casting that surrounds the shaft, penetrating oil, and a 12 ton jack to get it to move.
On the other hand I've never had a problem sliding the track frame over on my bulldozer. I've had the finals off three times over the last 30 years.
B.

I believe you have to jack up the rear of the tractor allowing the track frames to hang down. This should provide enough clearance to remove final.
