I am working on a Kobelco that will not move when shifted. It worked fine when parked but will not move now. Weather is cold and has not been above freezing so am suspecting a frozen switch somewhere. I have no books on this rig but think that the transmission is controlled by electric solenoids. I have power to one of the solenoids but not the other. Can roll the machine back and forth with the bucket so the brakes are free. Engine runs fine.
Anybody have this same issue? Where might I find a wiring diagram to hunt this down?
Or I can just wait a few more weeks and it is sure to warm up and the problem might go away.
Thanks for any help.

It is electric shift, its a while since I worked on one,has it got a nudge pedal or a clutch cutout on the levers that might be closed, surely if you leave it running long enough it will thaw out, can"t help with a wiring diagram but you can look at the parts list at the link below.

Do you know if there are any relays between the shifter or park brake switch and the solenoids? The switches on the shifter seem to make and break, I have power to the solenoids, both solenoids have the same resistance. When I put power to the solenoids they hold. What can't be right is there is power to both solenoids regardless of shifter position. Also there is power to both sides of the park brake switch.
Thanks

Thanks for the tip. The parts list has a one line wiring plan. I know which end to start on anyway. Maybe if I put some heat on the shifter it may thaw out the switch.
