My first move would be to remove and disassemble the pressure control valve also known as priority valve..This valve would be located on the side of the transmission case..The main hydraulic line from the hydraulic pump goes to it and also lines that feed the backhoe valve and loader valve are attached to it..Take the lines off, Take the 3- 3/8" bolts out and remove the valve..There will be oil there so either drain the trans case or just keep pans under it..As you disassemble the valve, you will find a spring loaded spool valve with a poppit valve inside it..Usually the washers between the spring and poppit are hammered out and are holding the poppit on it"s seat..I"ve had to use a round punch and hammer to free up the poppit..New shims and washers are available from Deere..Make sure you count the washers and reinstall the exact same amount back in there..Thats where I"d look first..Be sure to use new o-rings behind the valve and use a torque wrench set to 35 ft. lbs.on those 3 bolts..
