I noticed that when my bucket is all the way down, that the brackets that tilt cylinder butts into which then connect to the frame are pretty loose/sloppy, meaning when i shake them they slide back and forth on the pins real easy. Is there something I'm missing in my maint that could tighten those up or prevent them from getting so sloppy?

They are either worn out and need new bushings or they're just greased and maintained so they slide a little. Maybe a little worn and a combination of both. My 931B they slide around with no force on them. Dave

I think you're right, greased up, and worn. Guess I'll go ahead and finish what I'm doing before I worry about it much. Thanks Dave!

To fix them you need new pins, weld up the bores. Then tack weld them together in pairs that work together and have a machine shop rebore them to fit the pins.

Thanks Bob, How crucial do you think it is that they be fixed before more use? I'd like to use soon, but don't want to harm it or me in the process..

Use it cautiously at first. It should still be okay.
