Hi,Im having a steering problem turning left with my 440 crawler.Ive adjusted the brake band and adjustment screw and also the throwout bearing acording to the manual. It acts like the clutch on the left is not disengaging even though I can see the clutch fingers being pushed.Ive even tried backing the brake adjustment completly off,yet when the the lever is pulled all the way back the machine will still bog down like the clutch for the left drive is still engaged.Could it be the clutch is frozen to the pressure plate on that side and is this common?Any help is much appreciated before I tear it down. Thanks!

Tie back the left handle so that the fingers are depressed and work it as hard as you can, steering with the other side. It may break loose and save you a lot of work. I have had good success with this on a 40C.
