First thanks for everyones help before when the backhoe wouldn't start. It ended up being seized motor. I found a compressor with a 4239 engine that I was able to use. I used the machine a couple weeks ago and it started to overheat. I replaced the thermostat and used it again. It seemed to be ok, but that was in 30 to 40 degree weather. Today after about 45 minutes in 70 degree weather it was gettint just over the 3/4 mark and started blowing a little antifreeze out the over flow. After cooling I opened the drain for the radiater to drain the fluid. It was coming out real slow. When I blow in the top of the radiator to increase the pressure the antifreeze almost doubles the rate at which it comes out the drain. It seems like the radiator has some sort of blockage or buildup that prevents proper flow. The radiator doesn't look like it was replaced any time recently. Could be original. Any ideas on what to check.
Thanks

Be sure the fan blades are installed correctly, if wrong, the blades only "bat" the air around and not really move it. Compare with a another "known to be correct" installation.

Try looking into the radiator neck to see if the radiator cores are partially plugged up..Core may need to be "rodded" or replaced..Flushing rarely does any good..

TLBs tend to get used in very dusty conditions, a lot of that dust ends up in the fins of the radiator. try flushing your radiator fins out with a garden hose,it works on my 510.
