D-399, Is this a 6.25" bore 16 cylinder we are disscussing?.
If the turbo is good, check the aftercooler core for the turbo that feeds the LH bank for restrictions, also how are the air intake components before the turbo, ie filter, filter housing, intake air trunking if equipped. What intake manifold air temp are you seeing? what boost pressures are you seeing on each bank, exhaust temps on each bank. What is the load on the engine & what load is the engine rated for?
