HAVE A LEAKING HYD. VALVE WHERE THE DIPPER SPOOL PIECE EXITS THE VALVE BODY. HAVE REPLACED THE O-RINGS BUT NO HELP WITH THE LEAK. ANYTHING I CAN DO SHORT OF LOOKING FOR A REPLACEMENT VALVE BODY. ANY SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED. RAY.Z.

Perhaps the "O" ring was damaged prior to or after installation. (the edges of the spools are sharp), and the slightest 'nick' will cause a leak. And as 135 mentioned, about the spool, get your glasses on and take a close look at it when you replace this "O" ring again...sl

Maybe the valve needs to be honed or the spool is slightly worn. It might be worth it to take the valve to a hydraulic shop and let them have a look. I would think it could be repaired a lot cheaper than it could be replaced. Dave
