I am looking at purchasing a International 3800 Loader-Backhoe. The loader is in great shape, a Drott clamshell bucket and the backhoe is in good condition without to much wear. It has 3600 hours, a cab and well worn tires. What experiences have others had with these, good or bad? The only other post I could find dealt with the allison transmission, are these a weak spot? About the only oil leak I could find was the loader valve assembly. What is a fair price?

There was one like it for sale up here (Northern NY)except for it was more worn and didn't have the Drott 4-in-1, and they wanted 10K. Evidently it must have sold becasue after a while it was gone. It also had the IH D-282 Diesel. Maybe 12-15K if it is truly as low hours as you say and it is in decent shape?
