I am in need of the sheet metal piece that transitions the hood and the front grille on a Case Terratrac. Lacking the ability to post photos, you can see a picture of the exact model dozer several posts down, posted by k nunery. I'm also missing one of the pins that allows you to manually angle the blade. Other than that, she is pretty much complete..... albeit in pieces in about 1/2 dozen old beer cases. Also, it appears as if this old girl was originally painted battleship gray. Does anyone know if any of the 50's Terratracs came that way? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
Jerry

I've seen several that were gray - but only the ones made by American Tractor Company early 50s - before Case took over.

Thanks for your reply. I was beginning to question my eyesight because I was wondering if what I was seeing was actually a primer coat, but it is way too thick and is consistently present all over the tractor. Do you know if the earlier model years had spoked drive wheels vs. more solid wheels with round holes? Mine has the spoked wheels. Thanks again for your response. I am getting anxious to start work on this old gal.
