I checked a 656 parts book. Both the McCormick Farmall and McCormick International name plate is listed. I think production ended 1972. I don't have any later parts books.

I once owned a model 700 trailer plow that was sold new to a neighbor along with a 706D. The decals had McCormick over the International on the main beam.

I think 1967 in the U.S.-mighta been a slow fadeout. 1949 was the last year the Deering name was used in the U.S.-many more years foreign.

Here is evidence that it was used until at least 1958.

This appears to be either a 300 or a 400. They were built from late '54 through '56. The 350 and 450 replaced them in '56 and were produced until the 460/560 series were introduced in late '58.

I have a 1952 Cub with original paint and decals (and yes it isn't shiney or pretty) that has the McCormick name on it... I think the name at least survived the letter series...Guy Fay will show up to bail us out unless he is hanging out on the AC boards...BB

Seems to me it was later than 1949. McCormick was used at least through the end of the letter series, maybe longer.

Do you think it would have been at the same time they dropped the Farmall name - the end of the '73 model run? It would make at least a little sense.
