What kind of fluid / oil do you put in the TA?
Just changed the rear end gear oil, but TA takes
something different? Correct? What does it take?

Babbit,

As far as I know it all should have HyTran. If I remember correctly, both the TA section and the rear end section are a common oil supply, with both being filled through the plate by the shift lever. When the fluid level is correct, fluid should be at the top of both left side holes, #36 and #38 (manual reference numbers). Someone else could probably verify this or correct me if I am wrong. Yup, thats correct. If you filled up the rear end, you filled up the TA also. Need to drain it and fill the whole thing up with Hy-Tran.
