Found this nice H along the roadside with a for sale sign on it. It's pretty nice, with good rubber, nice paint, runs good, very quiet transmission, and I just had to have it, so I bought it! Maybe the boy scouts or someone needs a tractor to pull a float in the memorial day parade. Took it for a ride down the road, and it brought back memories of my youth. (now I am sounding like a geezer) I bet it will look good next to the F20N (which i am still working on slowly).

Nice H I was wondering how much did you have to give for it.

Nice H. But it looks already restored. Where's the fun unless they are old and rusty looking when you get them?

Well, when you restore cars all day for a living, it takes the steam out of doing it at night. I am restoring a F20N from a rusty hulk, and hope to get the engine back together this morning, as I have a car done, and waiting for the next one to arrive.

Wow, that's a fine one, and great tires too. Now you need to find an IHC pickup or truck to go with your other restorations.

Bill, you got yourself a nice little H there and it looks pretty complete. I've noticed some Farmalls in The US came without fenders...is this a valid observation? Here in Southern Ontario it is rare to see a farmall without the fender option Looks like you will have some fun Bill, good luck from Mike in Exeter Ontario.

I think the fender option varied by locality. I never saw fenders on a farmall as a kid, and most farmers in connecticut had farmall or jd. I see fenders in the tractor show videos of the midwest.

Side note: I live in the Exeter section of the town of Lebanon.

I was out of work, and had a kid, and needed money to pay the hospital. He was worth it.

This pic is 1978. Still got the doodlebug, the kid is now 25.

That's really a nice looking tractor. Who's the old geezer sitting on it?
