Farmall 100-Is it belly-mower ready?

Greetings, FYI I am buying a 56 Farmall 100 and plan to install a Woods belly mower on it. This tractor has NO accessory linkage from the hydraulics to the rear. There is nothing in the back but the draw bar, no cross bars or pivots or anything.
Question: Does anyone know if those missing pieces are needed to install and work a belly mower?

Also: The tires on this tractor are liquid filled. Is this neccessary to mow two acres of flat to moderate hilly areas?

Thanks very much for your experienced replies!

Bruce

Thankyou for the responses. Now if I could locate a used Woods 59 belly mower I could go play in the yard!If anyone has a lead on one please contact me.

You need the belt pulley drive. You can use the PTO, but better to use the belt pulley. Most Woods mowers for this type tractor drive off the belt pulley. You do not need the rear rock shaft for the mower. The mower lifts off the front rockshaft that is in front of the steering wheel on RH side of the tractor. I would leave the liguid in the tires to improve stability. You could do without it on a level location, but if you already have it, I would leave it, especially if you do not have rear wheel weights.

you do not need the fluid in the tires you do need a belt pulley drive you do not need the pulley but the drive should be there check as a lot of these tractors did not come that way it is the right angle thing above the pto shaft should be a splined shaft there if not get one the drive of the pto is not as good as the one on the belt pulley drive
