Hi Brad, I also have a 154 and presently restoring a 184 which was in a barn fire. These are really neat tractors, but don`t have the following of some of the others( probably better for us though).I`ve upgraded the 154 through the years and it`s close to a 184.In case you don`t know the 184 has the following improvements : starter, alternator, cast dual/brake pedals, electric PTO clutch(does`nt rattle),forward clutch(much better)mine also came with wheel spacers, creeper drive and hyd. selector valve and also they are red which is what a tractor is supposed to be .They also have a handy little tow eye cast into the front axle. Hope I`ve helped you out.I`m looking for a grill, inst. panel and hood for my 184,the fire was not too kind to them . Take care Mike

I am proud to say I to have a 184. The transmission is noisy in 1st and reverse. Is that normal? other than that I love it.
