I have a Char-Lynne lift for a Super A. Currently, you have to toggle the tractors hydraulics back and forth, while holding open the hydraulic valve for the lifter in order to raise the loader. Does anyone know how I may be able to get continuous flow when the valve is open ? The Hydraulic valve is ported off the aux. port of the pressure pipe going into the main hydraulic unit.

Also, Can anyone tell me if I can get the Char-Lynne logo/sticker ? It is black and white with a mechanical horse.

Thanks.
Brian.

the small line is the pressure the big line is the return sounds like you have the lines reversed and are running the char-lynn on the return side get hold of a local hydraulic supplier and he should be able to get the adress of the nearest char-lynn dist lots of the time they are listed as FLUID POWER OF then what ever state you are in if you cant find one local I can get you the local adress

This happens because you only get back pressure on the system when the touch control is operating. The rest of the time, it is just bypassing back to the reservoir. To get the system to work like you want, you will have to cut the pressure line that goes from the pump to the touch control unit. Then tie the pump line into your open center valve for the loader and then pipe the return line from the open center valve back into the line that you cut going to the touch control. With these modifications, the touch control and the loader should both work, although not at the same time. IH made a remote valve for tractors with the touch control, but this valve included a different manifold for the lines from the pump to the touch control, along with the remote valve. The manifold for the remote does essentially what I described above.
