Can anyone tell me about these? I've found one locally for a great price, but it has the 'tricycle' front end. Do they make an aftermarket front end to convert it to a wide front?

Yes you can change it to a wide front end. Prices for a wide front end will vary between $500-$1,000 though.

What type hitch is on it? Three point or the kind like on the Super A (two point?)?

Optional factory equipment included a fast hitch. You can buy an aftermarket 3 point though.

Shwartz makes a nice after market wide front. Runs about $800 new. I saw a good used one off a Super M (Shwartz brand, not IH) at an auction last Saturday. Did not see it sell. Some salvage yards want as much as $1000 for a factory IH wide front off a salvage tractor.
