I am planning on transporting a super c from our farm to my house 90 miles away. Can anyone tell me what the width is of the tractor when the rear wheels are totally spread out? I am hoping to fit this on the trailer without moving the wheels in. Thanks, you will save me a trip!!!

I think you are gonna have to move them. I have a large trailer and I got too. I usually just pull one all the way in, instead of have to move both. But if you are not going to move them back all the wide, you may wanta just move both. Mine move fairly easy now, just make sure the axle is nice and clean and use plenty of penetrating oil. I have found it is much easier to move them in than out....good luck.

I have to move mine nearly all the way in to haul them also.

Don't know the exact width for sure, but I do know that if the wheels are set out as far as possible, you will not be able to haul on a trailer that has the bed between the trailer wheels. The widest of those trailers is 7 ft, and most are 6 ft 3 or 4 inches. With wheels all the way out, a super C is wider than that. You will have to move the wheels in to get it to fit.

My Super C is 6'4" with the wheels moved in all but two inchs on each side. It was not hard to move them in. Took about 20 min.s with a good jack and a big wrench

There are a couple of things to consider, first do you have the wider axel housing (there were 2 sizes of these), second do you have the wider axel shafts (there were 2 sizes of these also).

If you have the fast hitch it is very easy to move the wheels in. I put a 6x6 block of wood under each side of the fast hitch and use the down pressure to raise the rear wheels off the ground. With clean, lubed shafts the wheels move quite easily. By the way I have the narrow axel housing with the wide axle shafts and I have to n move the wheels all the way in to trailer it.
