$2500 is a BARGAIN. Buy the thing. If you don't, you'd better get your head checked.

Better buy it. If not, let me know where it is! That is an excellent price considering the implements you are getting. Here in East Tenn, a good 140 with cultivators will easily go for more than $3000. And that is with no Fast Hitch and no implements. You should be able to find the missing cultivator parts without too much trouble.

Their is a 140 in Northeast Wisconsin with a poor new paint job tin a little dinged up , no nameplates , $3,000 . In my neck of the woods , you are getting a deal !

If the tractor is in any presentable condition, that seems pretty reasonable. Especially with the equipment that is on it, ignoring the cultivators. Are all the one-point parts with it? In some areas, 140 equipment shouldn't be hard to find. What part of the country are you in?

Having the front mounting frames for the cultivators etc. is pretty useful. The rest of the cultivator will be easier to find. Does the front just have the mounting frames or are the cultivator frames (the square bars) with it?

The back bars will probaly be hard to find unless you buy complete cultivator but feed and clamps are easy to come by in row crop country.
