Well, I guess My IH Cub Cadet 982 with the Cat. O hitch fits taht description.... It has a live PTO both front & back... special odd spline & 2000 RPM on the rear PTO.. and Live Hyd. remotes as well as the rockshaft that raises the belly mower & 3-point... All the Compact tractors are 3-point Cat. #1 equipped. But to really answer Your question... I think the 404 was the first FARMALL with a 3-point.. and It had live Hyd. and PTO, about 30 HP.
