3700 lbs without weight. Not to be confused with an M that weighs 5500.

Mike, my 1950 M weighs just a little over 4800 on certified scales with no weights on it. My 44 H weighs a little over 3900.

Apparently I'm going to have to stop blurting out things I am told on this forum.

They all vary according to what is on them. For example one with fenders, belt pulley, wide front, bigger tire size and so on will weigh a little more. The Supers are a little heavier as well. As for blurting stuff, I told a guy the other night that his M would hold over 20 gallons of rear end oil, knowing perfectly well they hold 13 gallons. I have ran them for well over 30 years.

Nebraska Tractor Test # 334 lists the weight as 5550 for the distillate model. This probably included ballast for max pull test. I would have guessed the naked shipping weight at about 4500 lb.
