Bronco,

The International 2404 was the industrial version of the 404. It was basicly the same as the International 404 with a different grill and front axle. It had industrial tires standard and several different tire and other options from the farm version. The standard color of the 2404 was yellow, but like any IHC tractor, it could be ordered in any other color the customer wanted for a fee.

bronco: I have seen a 404 in a local dealers yard here and became interested so I looked up what info I could find on it. The 2404 and 404 are listed together on serial # charts. Looks like they were made between 61 to 68. But this just made another question whats the difference? Anyway bronco I have a IT Manual that has Detailed info Engine size etc. If you want a FAX Let me know.
