According to my TC-9 (reproduction) Parts Manual for an F12, the following tools are listed:

E4A-289X Magneto Wrench with gauge
12335D "S" wrench, 3/8 and 1/2
12737D "S" wrench, 1/4 and 5/16
13071D Adjustable wrench, 12"
20450D Valve clearance gauge
21438DX Gauge holder, (F-4 Magneto)
23966D Rear wheel cap screw nut wrench
26494D Spark plug wrench
G3170 "S" wrench, 5/8 and 3/4
G3172 "S" wrench, 5/16 and 7/16
G3173 "S" wrench, 1/4 nut & cap, 3/8 & 7/16 set screws
G3525 "S" wrench, 7/16 and 1/2
G8899 Punch
H156 Oil Can
H758M Cold chisel
H59599 Lubricator compressor (Grease gun)
2587T Gas pliers
2588T Screwdriver
13095V Spark plug wrench

I'd assume similar accoutrements for an F14

My F14 parts book list all the tools Paul listed plus
30011DA Combination starting crank and drawbar wrench

36913DX, 36914D, or 36671DX Tire Rim nut wrench/handle (#depends on serial # of tractor)
