They did not test the Farmall Super M-TA at Nebraska.
Guy Fay's book does not list the horse power for a Super M-TA.
The horsepower givein by Andy from Mr. Fay's book is for a Super M.

According to the Offical Tractor and Equipment Guide [Fall 1960] Test #475 for the Super M is, CHP dbr 44.24, belt 48.56.

Test #532 for the Farmall 400 [which replaced the M-TA] is CHP dbr 47.34, belt 52.71.

I would say that the horse power for a Super M-TA, from the factory, is somewhere in between these two tests

Just my 2 cents worth.
