My Cub has a lot of sediment in the tank. I have taken the tank off cleaned with Kero wiped it out but I still have trouble with the carb getting dirty. I put an inline fuel filter on for added protection but is still acting up from time to time. What else can I try?

I agree with Zonie; it sounds like your tank has rust in it rather than dirt. Have a radiator shop boil it out and seal it; flush your fuel line and clean out your carb.

The only other thing I can think of offhand is that maybe your gas cap is either not sealing/keeping the dirt out or the rubber o-ring seal in it is shot and crumbling into your tank.

it sounds as though you need to get the tank cleaned out. Take it to a radiator shop and have them boil it out in thier tank. this will help a lot. if the "dirt" is rust you may need to get a gas tank sealer and seal it up good. Eastwood products(eastwood.com I think)makes an excellent sealer kit.
My H had this problem also, I took the tank off and place about 10 1/2" nuts in it and shook the heck out of it for about 10 minutes while rolling it around to make sure the nuts got to all of the inside of the tank, removed the nuts and flushed the inside of the tank with carb cleaner. I had to clean out the sediment bowl a couple of times afterwards but now I've got about 40 hours+ since then and no more problems.
I'm not sure if the cub has one but my H has a very fine screen in the carb fuel inlet that could get plugged up also.
Just some ideas to try!
