Brought my M home yeserday from the field. Rebuilt the carb and she purs wonderfully. I drove her through town with a bush hog attahced in fith haulin but. Best thing about the whole trip is that when I pulled up to my house my daughter came running out. The look on that 10 year old face was great. Everyone was cheering! I love it. I plan on doing some mechanical work on the M and then buying my daughter a cub or A so we can both enjoy working in the field together! She loves to drive the M...She took it two weeks ago through standing water about a foot deep and 700 feet accross. We both love the power and traction of the old M.

What part in the Heart are you. Heart of Dixie for all who don't know. Do you know about the tractor show March 16 at Snead's Crossroads?

You mentioned adding a M&W live pto. I have a '50 H with M&W live hydraulics. I am wondering if M&W is still around today. I did some searching on the internet and came up with nothing. If they are still around, could you drop me a phone number or address?

Thanks

Whats the PSI and Flow on the live hyd that you installed. Also, what modifications did you need to go with live pto? I'm also in the process of putting on a three point. I bought two 12" stroke by 2" bore cylinders off ebay for $57 including shipping. I have a local guy willing to sell the hitch to tractor assembly. Now I just need to score some lift arms and she will be ready to go. I want to add a loader thats why I asked about the PSI.

I would describe the M&W "through the brake" device as a hand clutch or a ground motion control not as a Live PTO. Have heard them called live PTO, and maybe M&W even used those words but it really isn't the same thing as a a LPTO. my opinion
