Purchased a "B" about a month ago. This tractor seems to have had a good life living with it's former owner who took good care of it. Looks like new.

Here is the problem and I know you guys have probably been here before. There is a rattle in the front of the engine (not a knocking a rattle)When I changed the oil I droped the pan to clean out any crud (not hardly any)and everything looked good. I have disconnected the generator and the rattle is still there. Next will be the fan, but sounding scope says that probably isn't it eather. At this point I am thinking the govenor might be the problem.

If anybody has had this problem or has an opinion, please give me an idea on this.
